All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Little Briar Rose Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on lip gloss products.
📦 Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Please email our customer support team with:

- Clear photos of the damaged package and products
Once your request is reviewed, Little Briar Rose Cosmetics reserves the right, at our discretion, to:
- Issue a refund
- Send a replacement product
- Provide store credit
