📦 Shipping & Returns Policy — LBR Cosmetics

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Once your order leaves our facility, LBR Cosmetics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

⚠️ Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

After review, LBR Cosmetics will determine whether to issue:

  • A replacement,

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit

All resolutions are handled at the discretion of the company.
